Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and Emynor when you use our website, apps, developer API, or related services. Emynor provides prepaid access to third-party AI models for chat, image creation, file work, research, and developer workflows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable use and Privacy policies.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise use by anyone under 18. If you use Emynor for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Provide accurate account information and keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that defeats access or usage limits.

We route requests to third-party AI providers and may add, remove, or change models and features. Results, speed, and availability can vary by provider. Provider-specific terms may apply when clearly identified. We do not guarantee that any model or feature will always be available.

The service uses a prepaid account balance in the supported billing currency and has no recurring subscription unless we clearly offer one and you separately accept it. The current minimum top-up and any payment fee are shown before payment. Estimated charges are shown before a request where practical. We may temporarily reserve an amount before work begins and settle the final charge from actual billable usage. Taxes or payment-provider fees are shown where applicable.

Top-ups are generally final and are not cash, a bank deposit, or transferable value. This does not limit any refund right required by law. If a request fails before billable work is completed, its temporary reservation is released to your available balance. If a provider completed billable work before an error occurred, the completed portion may still be charged. Promotional credit may expire under the offer terms and is used before paid balance.

You must follow our Acceptable use policy and applicable law. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade safeguards or limits, or use it to violate another person's rights. You are responsible for the prompts, files, code, and other material you submit.

You keep your rights in content you submit and give us a limited licence to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. As between you and Emynor, you may use generated outputs to the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to content generated for others. Review outputs before use and obtain qualified human advice for important medical, legal, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

Our Privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, which service providers receive it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you. You must have the necessary rights and permissions before submitting anyone else's personal data or confidential information.

You may stop using Emynor or request account deletion at any time. We may limit, suspend, or close an account to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate suspected misuse or non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Emynor and all AI outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emynor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by your reliance on AI output or a third-party provider. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Emynor during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the new effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes when practical. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of the service. Any dispute will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to support@emynor.com.
